Seller reviewWe live in Washington state so needed a agent to organize, make suggestions on selling, run the whole process start to finish. Karyn was great, ,we were confident she was always working for us, always stressing that we are in charge. We met Karyn about a year before deciding to sell, that said she was more than patient in waiting for our decision. she always made sure we were up to date on information and fulfilled all of our requests for additional information. Because we are out of state she was responsible for hiring several contractors to bring home up to standards, organizing payments around $10k. yes we are pleased with the service provided by Karyn Norton.

Buyer reviewKaryn had previously sold my home in 2017 and once I decided to begin looking for a new property in 2020, I called on her to help me do so. She was diligent in sending me properties that fit my wants/needs, and we finally were able to find my little country spot in June of 2021. After a lot of work and communication and stress due to issues out of our control with an appraiser, we were able to close on September 3, 2021. She communicate with me directly via phone, text and email as needed, and I would refer her to anyone needing a home in the area.
