Buyer review2021 was a crazy year for purchasing a home (resale or new construction). I needed a realtor who made me feel like I was the priority. Yalonda Harvin was about business and made sure I stayed out in front of this busy market. As a result, I was able to purchase a new home and within my price range. A rare thing to say in this sellers market. Highly recommend Yalonda Harvin!

One acted like she didn't want to show me around and I had a car at that time. The other said my credit was horrible and needed to work on it for about a year. I didn't think I could get a home but I decided to try just one more time. You were gracious and knowledgeable about the DMV area and was willing to show me all the homes that met my requirements.
