Seller reviewWe met Virginia during the purchase of our new home on the lake. She was the sellers broker and we worked directly on that purchase with Virginia and found she was great to work with. She understands what the client needs and comes up with a plan to achieve that result. We picked her to sell our old house and was able get us the maximum out of that property! She is an Excellent Agent that I can highly recommend to anyone needing to sell or buying a home.

Seller reviewGoing into the sales process, I knew our home needed some updates and repairs. I also knew I didn't have the time to act as a "general contractor" hiring, scheduling and overseeing the work at the house. When I met with Virginia, she and Alex walked the house with me. We discussed all of the items that needed to be completed. Within a week, Virginia has everything lined up with the contractor and work was underway. To this day, I have still never met or talked directly with the contractor. Virginia handled everything! The work was completed on schedule and on budget. Dealing with buyers, especially during a pandemic, was a bit of a roller coaster. Virginia offered good guidance to us along the way. We couldn't have navigated this process without Virginia (and Alex!).

I was selling my mom's house and it was critical that I had a team of people guiding me through every step of the process and making recommendations. Virginia was attentive, listened to our questions and made the process less stressful than I expected! She cares about her customers and that was evident in the time she spent with my family understanding our needs. I would highly recommend her and her team.
