This is critical as Alpharetta is a competitive market to buy into and understanding the city and the properties are essential when making an offer. Furthermore, they were laser focused on knowing when properties became available and would immediately reach out to us with possibilities, Virginia and Alex are the best! We were not disappointed in any aspect of our experience of the sale of our home. Virginia and her husband Alex, were extremely helpful from start to finish. They were key in procuring contractors, material quotes, for things we had to get done prior to our home going up for sale. This truly saved us a lot of time and money, and our home was on the market sooner due to their all their help. Selling a home can be a very stressful process, my wife and I we very glad that the Henniger's were there for us throughout. We would highly recommend them to anyone considering the sale of their home.
