If we were interested in a house she was extremely willing to video and discuss the house in a quick and efficient manor. During our search for a home, Sioux City experienced significant snow fall and Mallori was still willing to go to properties for virtual showings. She is extremely knowledgeable about the Real Estate market and was so helpful in working through listing, marketing, negotiation, and the sale of our home. The additional benefit is she is fun to be around and make the whole process a breeze in something that could be really complicated. Jess made sure to keep us up to date and check in regularly to make sure we didn't have any issues or just to answer questions that popped up during the process.
