She would answer questions at anytime of the day or night. and if she did not know off the top of her head she would find the answer I was looking for and get back to me in a timely manner. I have already put Mallori name out there to friends and family that are looking for agents. she made it a very easy experience and was very helpful. I really appreciate everything she did to help make it a smooth process, even after closing and following up on repairs that needed to be made. (Windows) I would defiantly use Mallori again in the future.
