Seller reviewI would highly recommend Tiffany and Shelby Holly for your home selling needs! We originally had listed our home as for sale by owner, but with being out of state and trying to get enough exposure on our home, it just didn't seem to be working very well. What set them apart from other realtors was the fact that they seemed very motived and had offered to stage the home. Communication was great, and they promoted the listing on different websites and social media. We also loved that they had an open house. In the end, it was a smooth process and we were glad to not have to negotiate with a buyers agent, by ourselves!

Buyer reviewTiffany and Shelby helped my husband and I purchase our second home. We had been let go by another local realtor for being to picky and unrealistic. When we reached out to the Holly team they reassured us that we were aloud to take our time and be sure before such a big purchase. I will only go with the Holly sisters with more of our property purchases and sales in the future. They made the paper work and showings a breeze. They negotiated and worked with a for sale by owner and found us our dream house which seamed impossible. We are forever grateful and will telling our friends and family to use them in the future. 10/10 happy clients!
