The market was very thin and long periods would pass with nothing meeting what we wanted. Jay would always be on the watch for new listings and contact us when something came up. Jay was very flexible when it came to viewing the properties. He understood the type of property we were looking for and our very specific expectations. More than once he provided objective feedback when we were unsure about the property. He also had excellent local historical knowledge that would come in handy. Jay worked with us through the negotiation and closing of our purchase and had recommendations of vendors for the work that we needed done. I consider Jay my personal realtor should I have more needs in the future and would recommend him to others.
