Kelly was great from the start, when I reached out she was excited to work with me and help me as it was the sale of my mother's house who recently passed so she was very sensitive to that as well. Kelly was a great communicator from beginning to end, did a walked thru of the house then prepared comps to arrive at the sales price explaining how she arrived at the price and what the difference between the houses in the comps were. She made the whole process very easy and was in constant communication when it was showed and on offers. I feel like she do a great job representing me as the seller throughout the process.
