Not only is Jake the nicest dude on the planet, he covers it all: knowledge of the market, learning about your dreams/wants/wishes, setting expectations, educating your family on the market, keeping an eye out for what fits your dream home. Jake expertly craft offers and was well versus in negotiations and how to win you the home your family has always wanted. He got us an opportunity on a house that was falling out of contract and get us in position to close on a dream house for our family. Not to mention, our family was on vacation in Italy, and Jake we trusted Jake enough to craft the right deal while we were enjoying a family vacation. Look no further, if you want an excellent house shopping experience, Jake is your guy!
