Seller reviewMatt was very reponsive to all of our concerns and needs. We lived in our home almost 30 years and had a great deal of stuff that needed to be dealt with. This could have been an overwhelming process but Matt truly made it easy for us to transition. Excellent advice, super responsive, great result. Matt took care of every detail when the buyer was trying to get us to fix small things that needed to be repaired. He took care of getting quotes from contractors to show the buyers the work did not merit us holding up the sale, and they ultimately signed off without us having to do any additional work. We were very pleased. Matt went above and beyond in every respect for us to get everything done in a timely matter. I have already reccommended Matt to others who are looking for a real estate agent. We are currently renting for awhile but if/when we decide to buy again we will call Matt Elstad.
