Jacob did an excellent job with all of the things above. His negotiating with the sellers agent was paramount in us getting the property we wanted. I also loved the timeline he made for us. It made it very easy to make the deadlines. It was nice to see everything we needed to do and when. Our overall experience was fantastic. Jacob is now our realtor for life. Informed, on the ball, a go getter, answered all our questions nicely, worked hard to get the deal done, and helped us a lot through the process. Another thing that really separated him from other realtors we have used in the past was the he had an application in email and text form that was a timeline for any and all tasks that needed to be completed for the purchase of the property. It made a fairly difficult process much easier. Plus its nice to see as a bust person exactly when I have to do something by. Overall a fantastic experience.
