Being the personal representative of my Dad's estate and having 10 siblings that I had to report back to, I needed someone I could trust to help me through this process. He had previously sold my husband's mother's home as well. Jake explained all of my options and worked hard to find the right buyer. He helped me feel confident with my decisions. Jacob did an excellent job with all of the things above. His negotiating with the sellers agent was paramount in us getting the property we wanted. I also loved the timeline he made for us. It made it very easy to make the deadlines. It was nice to see everything we needed to do and when. Our overall experience was fantastic. Jacob is now our realtor for life. We will be using him on any other commercial properties we buy and in the selling of our home in a few years. Couldn't be happier with him. Jacob was exactly what I was looking for in a realtor. Informed, on the ball, a go getter, answered all our questions nicely, worked hard to get the deal done, and helped us a lot through the process. Another thing that really separated him from other realtors we have used in the past was the he had an application in email and text form that was a timeline for any and all tasks that needed to be completed for the purchase of the property. It made a fairly difficult process much easier. Plus its nice to see as a bust person exactly when I have to do something by. Overall a fantastic experience.

Jake did a great job throughout the whole process. He is very knowledgeable and will walk you through every. And make sure you understand. He knows the market very well and when walking through houses will point out positive or negative things he sees. Just to make sure you're aware and don't miss anything. Jake also did a great job in negotiations and makes sure you get what you want and not getting taken advantage of or not getting what he truly feels you deserve. Every time I've worked with Jake, he has been available, knowledgeable and makes sure you feel that you come first.
