Buyer reviewWe can confidently say that we would not be in our dream home if it wasn't for Jake. As first time home buyers, Jake was so patient with us we narrowed down what we were really looking for in a house, and the area we wanted to be in. We always felt that he was looking out for our best interest, and wanted to make sure that we found the perfect house, no matter how many we needed to look at. Jake was always so responsive, and quick to act when we found a house we were interested in seeing. His knowledge of the market, and houses in general, always made it easy to determine whether it was a house we wanted to move forward with. When we finally walked through "the one", Jake went above and beyond to do everything he could to help us get the house. Once we had an accepted offer, Jake continued to make the process as easy and smooth as possible. I honestly can't say enough positive things about our experience working with Jake, and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell!
