Buyer reviewI began a search for a condo in Pewaukee early this summer. My son and daughter-in-law knew of Jake and suggested I contact him. Jake was very quick to determine what I was looking for with only my initial phone call and viewing two condominiums with him. He recommended Spice Creek condos as a development that he felt would fit my needs. The housing market was seeing accepted offers within hours of listings being available. When the condo that I ultimately purchased became available, Jake contacted me immediately. I viewed the condo and Jake drew up my offer within the next two hours, got me connected with a loan officer, and delivered the offer to the listing agent. The following morning, Jake informed me that my offer had been accepted. Jake kept my informed throughout the following weeks as we moved towards closing. I closed on the deal 28 days after looking at the condo. I highly recommend Jake Schneider as a realtor in the lake country area. He is extremely knowledgeable about the market and is truly a top-notch professional.
