Buyer reviewJake helped my sister and brother in law purchase their home and absolutely loved him! When I was ready to start looking for a house/condo there was no question to call up Jake! He explained the process and asked me what I was looking for and listened to all my wants/needs in my future home. Jake is amazing at his job! Always looked out for my best interest and was always honest about each property! I was new to this entire process and Jake walked me through everything and made it a fun experience! Jake is awesome! Made this experience of searching for a home fun and not so overwhelming! He took care of everything quickly and professionally! Jake always responded quickly to questions/concerns and worked around my schedule!

Seller reviewI was honestly dreading the house selling process but it could not have gone more smoothly, thanks to Jake. Jake was very easy to work with and very knowledgeable. He made suggests on what to improve and what not to change, so I did not over spend to sell the property. Jake was very prompt getting back to me with answers to all my questions during the process which was very important to me. You would not go wrong hiring Jake as your realtor.

Referred me to services I needed in the area and was patient and polite. Always promptly returned calls and answered questions. Despite many negative reviews the house sold in 2 days. The number of showings in that short period of time was phenomenal. Above and beyond my expectations! Overall very pleased with Jake and the service he provided me during a difficult situation in selling the property for the estate of my late husband. I would recommend the services of Jake Schneider in a heartbeat! Thanks Jake!

Buyer reviewFinding and buying a home can be a challenge but when your agent knows exactly what you are looking for and really cares to get you into your ideal home it makes the process so much easier. Jake really works hard for you and is readily available for any questions, showings and helps make every step of the process simple. We never felt pressured and he was there for us from the beginning to even past the very end. When the time comes to do this all again, it will only be with Jake!
