Jake was extremely easy to work with, never made me feel like I was asking dumb questions. He made sure my mom was comfortable the whole way through as this was a lot of change for her. He is a genuinely kind person. He is also very knowledgeable in finding out what the best price was for us to list her condo at. He explained the process and asked me what I was looking for and listened to all my wants/needs in my future home. Jake is amazing at his job! He made suggests on what to improve and what not to change, so I did not over spend to sell the property.
