Referred me to services I needed in the area and was patient and polite. Always promptly returned calls and answered questions. Despite many negative reviews the house sold in 2 days. The number of showings in that short period of time was phenomenal. Above and beyond my expectations! Overall very pleased with Jake and the service he provided me during a difficult situation in selling the property for the estate of my late husband. Jake really works hard for you and is readily available for any questions, showings and helps make every step of the process simple. We never felt pressured and he was there for us from the beginning to even past the very end. When the time comes to do this all again, it will only be with Jake!
