Buyer reviewJake Schneider was a rock star. We had worked with a previous realtor for a year with no success before switching to Jake. After one month with Jake, we had an excepted offer on a house we love in our #1 neighborhood. As first time home buyers, there was a lot we didn't know when it came to buying a home. This was not an issue with Jake. He was very patient, always accessible to our calls/emails/questions. The process was painless. We were never wondering what was next. He had us informed and when the next step came he was on it. He had a great attitude, super nice guy, very knowledgable, great in negotiations, tremendous work ethic. Without a doubt I would recommend Jake to anyone I know. 100% satisfied with his work.

Buyer reviewThis was our second home purchase, our first in the southeastern Wisconsin area. Our prior dealings with Real Estate agents had been less than desirable. In the current market, it is important that you have an agent who understands the market, is accessible for questions at a moments notice and who you can trust to operate on your behalf. Jake Schneider is that person. He came recommended to us by our mortgage broker who had worked with him before. Jake was attentive to our needs and put us in a position to be successful on this home purchase. His communication was on point and he kept us on track with updates and necessary dates to have in the calendar. His follow up was exemplary and I would not hesitate to recommend him to family, friends or anyone for that matter.
