There was a lot we didn't know about the process of buying a home, and Jake was there every step of the way, always with our best interests in mind. He is extremely knowledgeable, always responded to our calls, texts, emails immediately, and always made time to show us any house we wanted to see. Buyer reviewFrom the first day we met Jake at his office, we knew we were in good hands. He made us feel comfortable and that we were important to him. He tirelessly took us from house to house until we found what we were looking for. Jake is an amazing person and always had our best interests in mind. Without us even knowing, he read between the lines, and knew exactly what we were looking for. He even took us to the houses he knew weren't right for us, just because we wanted to see them because the price was right. He always gave us positive advice, but was honest enough to ensure that we don't buy into something that we would not be happy with. In the end we found what we were looking for. We love our house, more and more each day! We would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase their dream home.

After one month with Jake, we had an excepted offer on a house we love in our #1 neighborhood. As first time home buyers, there was a lot we didn't know when it came to buying a home. This was not an issue with Jake. He was very patient, always accessible to our calls/emails/questions. The process was painless. We were never wondering what was next. He had us informed and when the next step came he was on it. He had a great attitude, super nice guy, very knowledgable, great in negotiations, tremendous work ethic. In the current market, it is important that you have an agent who understands the market, is accessible for questions at a moments notice and who you can trust to operate on your behalf. Jake Schneider is that person. He came recommended to us by our mortgage broker who had worked with him before. Jake was attentive to our needs and put us in a position to be successful on this home purchase. His communication was on point and he kept us on track with updates and necessary dates to have in the calendar.
