As first time home buyers that were new to the area, my husband and I did not have a clue as to where to start nor did we know anything about the home buying process. Once we decided we wanted to make an offer, Jake prepared the documents within an hour (on a Saturday afternoon mind you). He was present for the home inspection and was essential to our negotiations with the seller. We are so grateful for his expertise and his vast network (all of his recommendations/contacts in the home buying process have been worth their weight in gold). We would recommend Jake to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home, he was just absolutely wonderful to work with.

Jake was w wonderful broker to work with. Jake helped sell my house in less then 48hrs and was there the whole way through the process. When I had a question he responded promptly.
