Seller reviewJosh is second to none in the Real Estate world. He is very knowledgeable and friendly, so working with him makes buying or selling a home a great experience. This is the second time we have worked with Josh and the experience keeps getting better. We felt like he always had our best interest in mind.

Seller reviewJosh is hands down the best realtor our there. He makes sure all of your needs are met and is on top of everything. After we purchased our house in 2011 Josh continued to call or email to make sure everything was going good and always asked if we needed anything. When we sold our house we obviously used Josh again and he was able to sell our house within 24hrs of listing it. I an very satisfied with his work and will definitely be doing business with him again in the future.

He was very knowledgeable and definitely knew his stuff which meant he was able to answer any question we had or give us advice on anything we were considering. He was always accessible and was very responsive anytime we contacted him. Add to that, he was fun to work with! We'll miss seeing him so often.
