Brian did a very good job. He was 100% different in his approach to another realtor that wanted us to pump a ton in the house so his comission was higher. Brian and Andrew we very helpful. Adrew is a wiz at super computer skills and they make a Super Team. With Brian's building experience he can help entry level buyers in fix up suggestions to save money. He really knows how houses are made and can communicate potential to buyers. Not just a pretty skirt to sell a house. I would recommend Brian and the whole Team. He was almost spot on with expectations of sale outcome, but the market has the final say. Keep up the good work. This was a Trust sale so everyone involved had to be educated and on there toes.

Kelly was always available to answer any questions and meet me at properties that I wanted to see. She always responded immediately when I reached out to her.

Brian Kasper made this entire process of buying my first home EXTREMELY easy. I was told that it would be a much more difficult time finding a house, getting to closing, working with the sellers, etc. but Brian took care of all that with ease. At the first meeting, he came off as any normal saleman would, a little sly, smooth talking, but when he laid out his expectations and what he was going to do to help me out, that got me interested. Sure enough, Brian followed through on everything that he told me the first day I met him. 10/10 recommendation to anyone that wants a straightfoward, no crap/no lies, home buying process.
