Buyer reviewKim was the best. She went way above any agent I've ever dealt with. She understood what I was looking for and hit the ground running. She never once wavered even when we were having a difficult time getting our offer accepted. When I wanted to give up and accept less than what I wanted she wouldn't let me. She knew the distance I was coming from and accommodated my schedule every time. She even took videos when I couldn't make the visit. I can't say enough good things about her. She is an asset to your organization. Would refer her to anyone I know.

Seller reviewKathy Blakey is an excellent real estate broker. She kept me informed at all times. She explained in detail how she came to her suggested selling price of the house. She was very professional in her dealings with the company doing the estate sale including reminding him when he had to have the house cleaned out. She also followed up by checking the house to make sure it was emptied before the settlement date. I would recommend Kathy Blakey for anyone looking to sell their house.
