He recognized things that were important to me and things that I didn't necessarily need. He really took time to understand my wants and needs. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly. If he didn't know the answer to a question he immediately saught out someone who did. He helped me find the perfect house for me. Buyer reviewWe were lucky enough to have Kim Schneider answer our cold call when we were looking to relocate to Delaware. We chose Century 21 because of it's well known reputation. Kim was knowledgeable about the many different areas we looked at homes in. She thoroughly researched each home we were scheduled to tour. When we chose a new build, she assisted us in every step of the process. She patiently answered what must have amounted to hundreds of questions, about the area, the building process, the settlement process, absolutely everything. She proved to be invaluable to us. She is a true asset to Gold Key, and anyone lucky enough to have her represent them is a very lucky person indeed. I would recommend Kim Schneider (and already have) to anyone looking to buy or sell.
