Kevin and Lani where awesome with everything and most important they where always there to answer any of our questions no matter what time. They even had close family visiting and they still took the time to answer our calls and text, and believe me, we had plenty of questions. Also what was very important to us, they were not pushy and at one time we were over whelmed with trying to decide which property to pick from and they gave us the time we needed. Of course it helped a lot that they knew the area and knew what we wanted to accomplish with our purchase, they really listen to us. We would most definitely use them again!

Kevin met me at the properties on a Sunday. Walked the properties with me. Answered some questions about driveway, gravel pad, etc. It was seller financed and I had prepared an interest rate, payment schedule that would work for me. Kevin said the sellers would most likely accept it and recommended a down payment amount. He was easy to work with and efficient. His wife - also an agent wrote up the offer and emailed it to me the next day or so. I signed the docs online. I live about 4 hours north of the property, so online paperwork was quick and easy. One of the sellers was out of town and hard to contact. Kevin emailed me updates to let me know things were still going, just slowly. I appreciated the communication. The original closing date was fast approaching. Kevin emailed, thanked me for being patient and suggested modifying the original offer to a later closing date. This allowed me to skip one payment, which helped with my finances. He was aware of my situation and emailed a solution for the closing date that helped me out some. He put thought into making things work. I told Kevin that if I buy real estate on the Kenai Peninsula again, I would keep him in mind.

I chose Kevin and Lani because they were the most communicative and customer service oriented. All of the other Alaska brokers I spoke with didn't treat me like I was a "real" customer because we had not moved here yet. Kevin and Lani did not do that at all in fact the opposite! They are the kind of people you want to be friends with...

Kevin gave me advice initially I wasn't willing to listen to. Once I realized he was dead on, the house sold quickly. I really enjoyed working with Kevin & Lani Lauver. Communication, ads, documents, etc. all were used effectively to sell my home. I highly recommend them and would use Kevin & Lani again to sell my home
