Kevin and Lani did a very good job of marketing and advertising the property. They listened to us and responded to us on a very timely basis. Once we had an offer Levin and Lani went above and beyond what we expected in getting us through the process and issues involved. We were out of the state and we are not sure the sale would have been completed without their efficiency and knowledge. They hired contractors for us fix some things that had to be taken care of and kept us aware of all steps of the process. We would recommend them to anyone, especially if you are trying to sell a recreational cabin in a rural area.
