He always communicated with us and answered all questions in a concise and timely manner. I would use Kevin again, should the occasion occur and also recommend him to friends or folks who are looking for a realtor. Kevin had to really keep on the seller's agent in matters of well reports and septic system reports. He did this and had all in line before closing. We were in and out of the Century 21 offices and all members of the staff were courteous, polite, and knowledgeable.
