It is our pleasure to write our testimony of how extremely satisfied we are with Kevin and Lani Lauver And Their Team! Century 21! Kevin's immediate response to a quick introduction email of who we were how we found him, was proof enough that we were in good hands. One particular property that we truly was hoping to get. Kevin and team to did all they could to contact the sellers. Team Lauver got an appt. for us see and inspect this property and to do due diligence . Every step of our process was professionally guided and directed by The Team. All questions answered with knowledge and experience. We were able to purchase and close with in one month. Feb. 28. Seller reviewWe live in Eagle River,AK I flew my airplane down to the Soldotna Airport and Kevin drove over and picked me up. He drove me to our property and we changed out our FSBO signs to His and put lock boxes on it. He took me back to tha airport and I flew back to Birchwood, AK. 2 weeks later he had an offer from an out of town buyer. It was too low so we countered and they said no. Another 8-10 days later they came up and we went down a little and we made a deal. Great Communication!
