Buyer reviewWe knew Mike outside of his real estate career, and, based on the way he carries himself, it was easy to trust him to take care of us during the home buying process. Who he is as a person, both professionally and personally, is 100 percent the type of person you want guiding you through this process. He understood our situation and timeframe and was very helpful every step of the way. He attended all of my walkthroughs and builder meetings and his expertise and knowledge was so helpful! I always felt a sigh of relief to know that his second set of eyes were there to catch something that I might not have known to look for. Mike always provided a calm, level-headed approach to the problems we encountered and I felt that he truly had my best interests at heart as we worked through some issues with the builder. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking to buy or build a new home!

Seller reviewWe had an excellent experience with Mike. He was willing to go the extra mile to make sure that our house sold for the most value. This included behind the scenes marketing of our home and hosting an open house immediately after the home went on the market. The results were that the home sold in under 3 days and for more than list price! It should also be mentioned that when you use Mike, you also get the added support of his wife who is also a real estate agent. On a personal note, Mike and his wife Heather are wonderful "family oriented" people. We really enjoyed working with them, as they are the kind of people you'd want to have as good friends!
