We are so lucky to have worked with Lori Flynn on the sale of our home. We were nervous about the entire process, and Lori put us at ease over and over again because of her expertise. She knew the perfect list price to solicit multiple offers. She knew what touches our house needed to make it show-ready. She kept us informed about the market and helped us navigate through our offers to find the right one. What we thought would be a stressful process was much easier than we expected, and Lori is the biggest reason why. If you are thinking about buying or selling a house, you need Lori in your corner.

Lindsay went above and beyond the day we got an accepted offer! It was Mother's Day of all days, we had already walked thru a different house earlier that morning so she already had worked on her special Day. We put in an offer on our house and waited all day for a response. The seller's broker didn't respond until after 9pm and they said they didn't accept our offer. Lindsay went to work, on Mother's Day, AGAIN! SEVERAL phone calls back and forth, 1 hour later at just before 10pm we got the house our dreams and my wife got the best Mother's Day present she could ever ask for. THAT'S the type of realtor Lindsay OHMER is! Lindsay knew all the details about every little thing every time we went into a house. Every time I had a question, which was a lot, she always had an answer. She never made me feel like I was asking too many questions. Down to the the last walk thru we did in our house the day before closing she was teaching us things about houses. She taught us that the outlets that are upside down are the ones that are wired to the switches most of the time. Overall the whole experience was CRAZY, stressful, intense, but most of all it was fun! We can honestly say we had fun during the process of selling and buying our new home! I couldn't imagine doing it with anyone other than Lindsay. She was always available and made it all an enjoyable experience. She even made herself available while on vacation. For example, she answered a question from me literally while walking down a mountain. She's pretty awesome! I would definitely refer Lindsay to a friend. You would be missing out if you used someone else as a realtor! She is awesome! She's fun to work with, she is very responsive! She is crazy smart, and she has a network of people around her that can answer anything that she doesn't already know.

Lori Flynn is an amazing realtor and an even better person. She helped us navigate a challenging real estate market to help us land an incredible home. She armed us with the information we needed and helped us piece together a winning offer. She was patient with us and never pushed us to make a decision we didn't want to make. We have total trust in Lori to help us make such an important decision, and we highly recommend her to anybody who is remotely considering buying or selling a home.

When we decided to list our home, it was not in great condition and we worried if selling was even an option. Lindsay made the whole process less stressful from the start. She always made the impossible feel possible. Her honest advice was always very reassuring and on point. She walked us through every step, answered every question confidently and in language we could understand and she celebrated every milestone with us along this journey. We have already recommended her to several of our friends and we would use Lindsay as our realtor again and again.
