He took time to make sure that I felt comfortable during the entire contract negotiation process and explained the contract to me in detail since this was all brand new to me. He worked around my schedule to help me see as many homes as possible in a very tight time frame. His expertise in the contract negotiation process was invaluable. He always provided me with options, but I never felt like he was pushing me in any one direction; the decision was always mine. Mike made sure that I was having the best first experience buying a home and I felt that in more ways than one. I will absolutely use Mike in the future for any home buying and selling.

Seller reviewMike is the best broker we have ever used. We have purchased/sold 7 homes and he is miles above anyone else we have used. Mike has a 3D camera that allows anyone to tour the home virtually. It even provides dimensions and also views on the outside of the home! This attention to the needs of home buyers in the age of covid is what got us 10K over the asking price.
