Buyer reviewJustin was very friendly and willing to help us in every possible way. He went out of his way to make the process as painless as he could and kept us well informed. He willingly answered any and all question we had, regardless of how straightforward the answer should have been. He was even willing to put in the time to show us homes even though we weren't quite ready to commit to the move early on in the process, spending an entire day showing us homes all over Fort Wayne and surrounding areas. He has an excellent sense of humor but also maintained his professionalism at all times. He was always a call or a text away, even in the middle of the night when we had questions and while dealing with ailing family members. After the inspection, Justin insisted we renegotiate the purchase price of our home to reflect issues that arose even though it had never occurred to us to request a lower price because the home was being sold as-is. He also was a very knowledgeable tour guide, showing us many local places to eat and visit since we were unfamiliar with the area. It was completely painless.

When it came time to make an offer on a home they shared meaningful and informed information with us every step of the way while still letting us maintain control. I did not feel pushed or prodded at all, but respectfully guided and cared for throughout the entire experience. They have my heartfelt recommendation!
