Buyer reviewAdam Paul and Danielle Kaiser make a great team! They understood my needs and helped me find a property that fit them. They enabled me to put an offer on it as soon as it hit the market, too. The awesome service didn't stop there, as they met with me during the home inspection and got the seller to make necessary repairs at no extra cost to me. They were able to refer me to some superb contractors for home improvement even after closing, too. You won't find a better buyer's agent, and based on my experience, they're the first people I'll call when it comes time to sell.

Seller reviewWe have worked with Danielle through the selling of two homes. She has been very through in her communication. Danielle is always prompt to respond to any questions or concerns. She is very knowledgeable about the market and listed our home (and then sold it too!) at a great price point. We are moving out of state but should we ever return to the area, we will definitely be reaching out to Danielle!

She was able to take all our wants for a new home location and find the perfect lot! Her help in moving us forward with the build on our new home and an excellent understanding of the market and what we could expect for our existing home was invaluable. With her help, we were able to build/move into our dream home and do it in a timely, well executed manner. .
