Michelle Benner was very responsive from the very beginning of the process. She listened to our desires, created a list of homes that fit what we wanted, then helped us out immensely when we started to figure out the area we *thought* we wanted to buy in just wasn't going to work. She introduced us to some new builds (at the risk of getting less or no commission) that checked all our boxes. She has continued to help us out at every turn, even after closing. Michelle has even offered to take delivery of items or meet people for quotes for some work we need done since we didn't move in immediately after closing. She has been amazing to work with and we highly recommend her!

Jannay Murray Hughes is the best! She was with us even before we signed a contract. Following her advice led to the sale of our house, which backs on a busy street, in a week. Her pricing was spot on. Her expertise, friendliness, follow through and just plain hard work can't be beat! I can't say enough about how wonderful she is to work with. We wanted someone who wouldn't make us feel like we were being 'too much'. When we purchased our first home, every time we asked a question, it was like we were asking so much our of our broker. This time around we wanted to me be sure that we could ask as many questions as we needed, take as long as we needed to find 'the one' and that our broker would be available to help us along this journey. When we first met with Michelle, we could tell things were already going to be different. She took the time to sit with us to REALLY get to know us and our needs. She explained at that very first meeting that we would never need to worry about feeling rushed into anything. We told her our needs, but also explained that we had a lot of undetermined things, like location and price point...two kind of HUGE things when buying a home. Michelle worked with us and never pushed one thing or another. She was willing to let us look at as many homes as we wanted, and was never bothered when we brought a home to her that we'd found as we did our own looking on the side ;) When it came time to make an offer, and then go through the inspection/appraisal/escrow process, Michelle was with us 100% of the way. When things got a little tricky with some of our negotiations, she went after it and made the process so much less stressful than it could have been. Michelle has become a part of our family, and we feel grateful that we not only had her along this journey, but that we now have her in our lives. Michelle is THE BEST!!! Honestly, there is no way to recommend her higher. She's just THAT good!
