That was when we first got in contact with him, and why we are choosing him as our broker again. He is always smiling when he greets us, and he lets us know what's to our best interest to do. He notified us of every alteration and arrangements regarding the transaction of the house. I think it's great that he keeps us informed, because there are a lot to take into consideration when selling your beloved house, and as a layman, we don't have the special insight and knowledge as to someone like Ron, who has been in the field for decades. In addition for been personable and informative, Ron takes his work seriously, always running errants for us here and there, and making himself available to meet us and answer all of our questions. I'm happy with the selling of our house and highly recommend Ron.
