Seller reviewOur house needed some tweaking in order to sell; but we didn't have the time. My husband and I had both gotten jobs out of state, and needed to relocate asap! Jannay went in and gave us what we needed to do to prep for sale. And when we got offers, she really used all of her experience and knowledge of home sales to work with the buyers agent on the purchase of our home. Speaking with her afterward, I told her she made it feel like it was definitely going to happen, even though there were hurdles. I cannot thank her enough!
