Seller reviewWe purchased a home through Michelle one year ago and were incredibly impressed with how thoroughly Michelle handled everything. Our son then enlisted her to purchase his first home. She was patient and professional as she guided him through this milestone event. So when we had to sell my mother's home, we did not hesitate to contact Michelle again. And again, Michelle did a flawless job. She stays in contact with all parties and provides regular updates--I never had to follow up with anything, she did it all. Buyer reviewWe have closed three deals with Jannay, and are in contract on a fourth. Each deal has been very different - in terms of locations, purpose for purchase/sale, and loan. She is amazing with her depth and breadth of knowledge. And more importantly, when she does not have all the info, she is upfront about that and then makes sure that she get the correct expert to obtain the needed information. Jannay shines in all of these areas, but I think that TRUSTWORTHY & PROFESSIONAL are huge standouts for her. No matter what the circumstances, she keeps her cool and always maintains a highly professional manner. And when it comes to trustworthy - she deserves a 200% rating! I would recommend her to anyone buying a property in the greater Sacramento area. You can't do better then the Murphy team. Don was also excellent. He went over an inspection with us. He was very knowledgeable.
