Buyer reviewI know Ron personally from my church. I had never dealt with him professionally, but had confidence in him. Ron responded to email questions quickly, at all times if the day. He was very knowledgeable about the area and the process. He was quick to follow up on things. Ron was very helpful at narrowing down our target areas and price range. He was persistent in following up with the seller's agent that didn't respond to inquiries and questions, on the home we bought. He also assisted us in finding a seller for a house in another town. Ron was not able to be present for our home inspection, but sent another member if his team who was very professional, friendly and helpful.

Buyer reviewI whole heartedly believe that were it not for the strategic contract writing skills, persistence, knowledge, and tenacity of Ron Murphy, my offer would not have been accepted and I would not own my beautiful home. He worked very hard throughout the transaction to make sure every detail was addressed and everything was done in a timely manner. He even coordinated vendors to get work done that was required before closing. He negotiated a roof and deck railing into the contract so that it could be financed into the deal, which saved us approximately $30,000! Ron is a true expert in his field and always has his client's best interest in mind. We are elated with the home we purchased and can't wait to move in! Thanks, Ron! You are the best!

Buyer reviewThis was the first home we have ever purchased and we love it! While the searching was tough due to inventory issues in the current market, the actual sale of the home once we found one, was super easy and smooth! I had dealt with a few other relators in the past that I was not impressed with, and had stopped the home buying process altogether due to my frustrations. Having come from a family of relators, I have high standards and expectations and those were not met in my past home searching/buying experiences. I always felt not taken seriously and that people were trying to get me to buy something I didn't really want. With Jannay we felt valued and heard as customers. We had a lot of demands and several questions throughout the process, and Jannay was always patient, courteous, and attentive. Jannay met and exceeded all of our expectations, and I would not hesitate to recommend her or go to her again!
