Buyer reviewJannay was amazing. When we found the perfect house she came out instantly to show it to us. We had an offer in the next day. She was kept us informed of the whole process. I would recommend her to anyone buying a property in the greater Sacramento area. You can't do better then the Murphy team. Don was also excellent. He went over an inspection with us. He was very knowledgeable.

Buyer reviewI know Ron personally from my church. I had never dealt with him professionally, but had confidence in him. Ron responded to email questions quickly, at all times if the day. He was very knowledgeable about the area and the process. He was quick to follow up on things. Ron was very helpful at narrowing down our target areas and price range. He was persistent in following up with the seller's agent that didn't respond to inquiries and questions, on the home we bought. He also assisted us in finding a seller for a house in another town. Ron was not able to be present for our home inspection, but sent another member if his team who was very professional, friendly and helpful.

Ron is well networked with all the other players necessary for a home sale; his team is knowledgeable and great to work with. Selling a home can be a very complicated process, but for us it went smoothly and quickly. Excellent results, and a great guy to work with too!
