Before my mother died she said that she wanted Ron to have the listing. I live 10 hours away so it was important to me to have someone that was understanding of my situation, and Ron was there to oversee things that were my responsibility. He arranged for the comings and goings of companies hired to make repairs. He checked on the house daily when it was discovered it may not have been secured. He was there when the locks needed to be changed, when the garbage cans need to be placed behind the gate, when a gardener needed to be hired. He was just there!!!!
