Ron Murphy has been the best real estate agent I have encountered in my life. I would heartily recommend him to any friend seeking my recommendation. Even my brother who lives out of state and has been in the real estate business most of his adult has been quite impressed by Ron and his expertise.

Jannay is a true professional. She helped us purchase a home in Midtown. We had no experience in "older" homes - this one was built in 1906. She was a wealth of information in finding the best professionals for inspections, and ensured that we had all of the ones we needed to make an informed decision on buying an older property. In addition, she has a great personality and made the process simple and removed the stress that we had found in other transactions. My husband and I have very different ways of asking questions and processing information, and she adapted perfectly to our different styles. At the end of the purchase, we were both 100% satisfied with the results. So much so, that we returned to Jannay for this current purchase of an investment property, and again had excellent representation. She has a great way of balancing your needs as the buyer, but being respectful of the sellers position. She gave us great advice during negotiations, and we were very happy with the final purchase price.

Anyone who has played the roll of Executor of his/her parent's estate can attest to how demanding, if not overwhelming, this task can be. Preparing and selling a home (especially if you are from out of town), along with managing all of its contents is certainly a large part of this effort. Fortunately, my parent's banker recommended Ron Murphy and his Century 21 team and I'm so very grateful he did. Ron and his team took care of everything, above and beyond expectation. From cleaning crews to counter-offers; sales strategies (I loved the virtual tour video) to inspection repairs; furniture donations to a charitable organization; all were handled with the utmost in professionalism and responsiveness. Bottom line, my parents home sold quickly and for a wonderful price. All in all, I couldn't be happier with the performance of Ron and his team and I highly recommend them. They are great to work with and results certainly speak for themselves.

We were nervous to purchase a home again but Jannay and the rest of the team made it a seamless process and were beyond helpful in all aspects of the home buying process. With both my husband and I working full-time with 3 children, they were very flexible in accommodating our schedules to view homes, sign papers and even offered to meet us at locations more convenient for us. Jannay and her team were truly a pleasure working with!!! We highly recommend them to everyone!!
