Buyer review3 years ago, when I was looking to buy condos in Sacramento area, my friend recommended Ron as very professional, honest, kind, and knowledgeable real estate agent. I agree with my friend. Ron knows Sacramento market very well. He assisted me in buying 4 condos in Sacramento. For a price of 2 bedroom condo in Napa he found me four 2 bedroom condos in Sacramento, and I still have some money left! In addition, I rent those condos with very nice profit margin; close to 10% return on investment for most of them. Unbelievable! No wonder I am very happy with Ron and I highly recommend him to my friends. R. Allen

Buyer reviewRon is always very accessible, reliable and friendly. He knows the local real estate market very well and seems to get along really well with clients and other agents. We had to go overseas during the escrow period due to a sudden death in the family and Ron took care of all the inspections, repair estimates, paper work, etc. Once we returned, we had very little left to do because Ron was so helpful throughout the entire process. Ron always provides a Cadilac Service and provide a lot of unexpected services which makes the process extremely smooth and easy. I only call Ron when I have any real estate needs.
