For example, Dustin provided us with an asking price that exceeded our expectations. Next, showings were set up and handled very well. We received an offer within the first week. The negotiation process did not take long and we settled quickly on an offer. I feel both parties were very satisfied. Appraisal and inspection went great. Closing was easy and quick with Ajax Title Co. We also appreciate the $500 credit towards closing provided by Century21. I would strongly recommend using Dustin. Fantastic agent and real estate company!
