Buyer reviewFred and Kristin Nelson were incredibly helpful throughout my home buying process. This was my first time purchasing a home and they both made sure that I understood the process every step of the way. For me, communication is key and I didn't want to feel left in the dark. This was never an issue with Fred and Kristin. I always felt informed thanks to their willingness to answer any question that I had, even when they were on vacation. I don't think that I could have had a better home buying experience and I would recommend Fred and Kristin to anyone looking to buy a home.

Buyer reviewFred is one of the best agents I have EVER worked with! He knows every aspect of every transaction! He always does his research on comps for the area. The most difficult of the transaction for me is how to best respond to inspection responses and complicated situations. Fred gives the best advice to help me make the most education decision for myself. I have known fred for many years and have used his expertise on several real estate transactions. He never drops the ball on anything and I appreciate his professionalism towards myself, and the agents on the other side of the transaction. Kristen and Wendy are a tremendous asset to both the Fred Nelson Team and to Century 21 Scheetz. If I had a question and Kristen or Wendy saw it before Fred had a chance to they were on it with a phone call, text, e-mail etc. I appreciated their research they would do for certain items that came up with complicated property situations that I have sent them.
