Relocating to a new city in a new state is a nerve-wracking proposition. I began my search online, but soon realized that I would professional help. I requested information on various properties through online sites and received canned responses from most agencies. The response from Fred Nelson's team was different. Fred and his team asked all the right questions to emerge as our preferred agent to help us with this move to Indianapolis. His knowledge of the market and understanding of our needs allowed us to trust him and his advice. Since we are moving from another state, Fred, and his team, handled so much of the details for us. They were in constant contact via phone, text, and email. They were always timely with their responses and we felt like we were a part of a team. The entire team treated us with great respect, never once making us feel uncomfortable. We spent a lot of time with Fred, and he never once became impatient - always maintaining a great sense of humor and a true interest in our concerns. We could walk into a house and he could tell immediately whether or not we would like it. His knowledge of neighborhoods and construction background were invaluable. As arduous as the hunt was, we always enjoyed our time with Fred. I do not believe that we would be moving into our perfect home had we chosen another realtor. Fred made our move possible.
