Fred is a great guy and has an awesome team that stands right beside him through the whole process. A+ from us. It's always great working with everyone, Fred, Kristen, Wendy and to everyone else that helped! A+ team! Fred took care of everything, and we never had to deal with or worry about anything. Fred and his team were with us from the very beginning. As first time home buyers the experience was terrifying at times - but Fred and his team encouraged us, assisted us and explained absolutely everything through the entire process. There was never a time in which I did not know what was going on, had to question anything - Fred negotiated on our behalf, got us what we wanted and because of it we found the perfect house!

I've known Fred for several years personally. I had a home up for sale by another realtor about 7 years ago. The previous realtor had our listing for over 14 months and while we had several people come through the house, no one had made an offer. Fred asked that I give him a chance at selling my home so we switched to Century 21 Sheets. Fred asked questions with everyone that went through our home such as, what they liked about it, what they didn't like about it and if they were interested in putting in an offer. Fred sold our home for us in 2 and 1/2 weeks! There was no doubt in our minds that we were going to use Fred Nelson when we purchased our next home, so we did. I would recommend Fred to anyone that is really interested in selling or purchasing a home. No one I've before took the time to find out what we were interested in and making what we wanted his priority! While I know Fred Nelson has several other clients, we always felt as if we were the only thing on his mind whenever we spoke with him. He followed up when he said he would and he pursued what was in our best interest. We won't go anywhere else and we recommend him to everyone we know.
