Seller reviewThis sale was complicated by my not being in the area, as well as the condition of the property. Kim Herrewig did an excellent job in staying in communication every step of the way, and bringing the sale through to closing. Many challenges arose, and Kim handled them with professionalism. I was confident I could rely on her advice, and Kim's local resources were invaluable. I can not imagine a better realtor than Kim Herrewig!

Seller reviewKim was truly great to work with! We contacted her as soon as we got her information! We definitely spoke with her once or twice about a year before we were ready to go on the market. (We were unsure if I was going to extend an additional year in the air force or not) and she toured our house, made recommendations to what cosmetic fixes we should prioritize, spoke about what we need to have done and by when. Did a repeat of this in July (I think?) of this year as well, with some things done some still on going. Set a live date of October 3rd, and we got the thing done! :)
