Kim gave us feedback on areas to address and improve prior to going on the market; she hosted an Open House that weekend--got a viable offer-buyer and we closed within a month!! WOW. Given all the anxiety of selling a home--Kim was the steady hand! Our sale went well thanks to Kim!!
