Seller reviewWe were extremely thankful to have selected Eileen O'Driscoll as our agent. We are the co-executors of the estate for the home that was sold. Eileen was involved in our planning from the very beginning, long before the house was ready to be put on the market. Several renovation and mandatory repair issues were discovered that would take several months to complete. Despite that delay of being able to put the house on the market, Eileen was with us every step of the way, providing encouragement and assurance that everything would work out. Living in Florida, a thousand miles from the house, Eileen went above and beyond an agent's duties by taking care of the issues that required someone be on-site at the house. As soon as the house was ready to go on the market, Eileen already had the staging in place and ready to go. The aggressive open houses and marketing strategy led to many viewings, a contract and the sale of the home. Eileen was absolutely right. Everything would work out. I cannot thank her enough.

Buyer reviewEileen was by far the best agent we've ever worked with and made the whole process of looking for a home much easier. The only thing that would make her better would be if she was real estate attorney and mortgage broker so we would only have had to deal with her. Any issue that we came across with the seller or the mortgage company, eileen was able to correct. If we ever decide to buy another home there isn't a doubt in our minds that we will go right back to eileen.
