Team Profile
Dwayne and Gina Piper are a real estate team serving Adams County, PA as well as
the surrounding areas in York, Franklin and Cumberland counties. Dwayne entered
the Real Estate profession in 2013, with Gina joining him several years later. With
earlier careers in education, the financial industry and the non-profit sector, we
bring a unique combination of project management, marketing and operations
expertise to work for you.
Serving you is our priority. From your very first inquiry all the way through to final
closing, you will find that we are focused on you. The hallmarks of our service are
savvy negotiations coupled with clear and consistent communication. We give our
utmost attention to the many details involved in each transaction to ensure a
positive experience for everyone involved. Our job is not simply to help you sell your
home, but also to educate you so you are confident that you are making the best

Outside of real estate, Dwayne and Gina both enjoy cooking (and eating!) great
food and love finding the perfect wine pairings for our culinary creations. We love
to travel and experience new places, people and cultures. We live in Gettysburg, PA
with our Greyhound, Lilly, and stay busy with friends, family, church and our
community

Seller reviewDwayne assisted us in a difficult situation to sell my mother's home. His advice regarding pricing and when to list it was instrumental in how quickly the sale occurred. We needed to make some repairs. Dwayne recommended several excellent professionals who provided needed repairs to the property's appearance and functionality. We found that getting the home ready for staging and doing the final cleanout was much more challenging than we anticipated. Dwayne and Gina worked as a team to advise and encourage us when we needed it most, and really went the extra mile for us, helping us to close the sale on time despite a very ambitious timeline. Dwayne connected us with several people who specialize in cleaning out the home. We couldn't have succeeded without their help. The whole experience from start to closing took only 3 months, and the home sold only 4 days after the first showing. Dwayne and Gina hosted 12 showings during those four days. We enthusiastically recommend them.
