Seller reviewMary Beth Rich was our agent 4 years ago in the sale of our home in Burke, therefore, was no question who we wanted for the sale of current home & purchase of new home. Words cannot express the caring, conscientious, overly efficient person she is. She was constantly taking care of matters even before we could ask her. Mary Beth supported us emotionally, as well, soothing our cares/concerns. She is a kind, diligent, super efficient, go-getter!! Getting results is her game plan and it worked on all levels! Seriously can't think of any ways she could improve on any aspect of her being...except maybe to take time off for her own personal life! She's 100% giving and always there for us, probably at the expense of taking away from her "self" time

Seller reviewBrandy is the nicest person you will ever meet. She goes over and beyond to help her clients and make sure that their home will sell. Being 180miles away from the home I was selling was very difficult. Brandy was always willing to help. she would meet people at my home so that things could be fixed. She staged my home so it looked magazine worthy. I just cant say enough about how much I appreciate her. Brandy did an amazing job of advertising the home. The photographer/videographer she worked with was fabulous. I was truly impressed with the brochures in the home as well as the videos and photos listed online. With the use of docusign I was able to sign and get this taken care of quickly from over 100 miles away. Brandy was also always quick to respond to all of my questions. I am very pleased with how the sale of my home went and I would highly recommend Brandy to anyone I know selling or buying a home in NOVA.
