Wendy is obviously well connected in the community and was able to quickly provide recommendations for services, (e.g. inspection), which were at the same high level as her services. Once we found the home we wanted, Wendy immediately worked her magic. We were able to complete the purchase easily, due to Wendy's experience, skill, and connections. The entire experience was above my expectations and I would refer her to anyone buying a home.

Seller reviewI sold this house while not living in the area. Wendy handled everything from the minor details to the major things that helped ease the stress of selling a house. She would check in to see how the moving was going and if I needed any help and if I needed any recommendations to cleaners. She was there to help. Once I was ready to put it on the market, Wendy was there to do the final things and make the house ready for the new owners. During the closing, she was readily available to answer any questions and provide updates of progress. She helped make things go a lot smoother.
