Within a week of listing, we had the open house and offers came pouring in due to all the traffic - that's due to all the work she did behind the scene! I trusted Wendy completely the entire process of selling my home. The only reason we didn't close right away was because I needed to stay in my home about a month longer due to relocation and we closed exactly on the day I needed.
